The XBL forums are going to be offline for up to 48 hours due to a update this update will include:

New Ranks

New Shoutbox

Photo Gallery

Plus a new skin for the forums

Plus the find a clan section is being added on here for people to find the best clan on xbox live.

For the time the forums will be offline there will be tempoary forums on the main site but you will have to sign up on there
